| Air Operated - Double Diaphragm - Dominator AODD |

| Now available is a new range of self-priming air operated hygienic double diaphragm (AODD) known as the Dominator range. Manufactured in Sweden this new range meets the strict hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. |

| The Dominator range is most suitable for high viscosity materials such as jam, sauces and curds while handling them gently. |

½” – 20 l/min
1” – 100 l/min
2” – 300 l/min |
| All wetted parts are in polished stainless steel AISI 316 and the non-wetted parts are in chem-nickelled aluminium, while clamp bands and wing nuts on the inlet and outlet ports allow rapid disassembly, cleaning and reassembly. Other Materials are available on request. |
| Diaphragms and valve balls are available in many different materials (See below). |
| The maximum working temperature is 100°C. |
| All types can be sterilised by autoclave of CIP cleaning at up to 130°C. |
| Equipped with dairy connections according to SMS,DIN or Tri-Clover except for the smallest capacity pump which has either 1/2” male threads or tri-Clover connections. |
| The discharge capacity is proportional to the stroking speed and can be infinitely varied from 0-100% by using controlling the compressed air supply either with a pressure regulator or valve on the discharge side. |
| All dominator pumps are also equipped with a patented air valve system, which makes it impossible for the pump to stall and cause production breakdown. |
