| A positive displacement pump has a capacity directly proportional to the rotational speed and virtually independent of the differential pressure. |

| Cucchi manufacture a range of metering and transfer pumps based on the external gear principle. These positive displacement pumps are manufactured from solid bar to ensure absolute precision in dosing. The complete absence of pulsation on the delivery side of the pump optimises the accuracy of flow meter readings. The pump can handle both low and high viscosity products, are capable of high pressure and are self-priming. The pumps are capable of being CIP & SIP cleaned and can be supplied polished and with ATEX certification. |
