| A Self priming pump recirculates the liquid in the pump casing to remove air from the suction line, enabling the pump to draw liquid through the suction line. |

| The Saer AS97, there is a non return valve fitted into the discharge side which retains liquid in the casing when the pump is stopped, this means it is always ready to pump immediately when restarted. |
 |
| The SAER AS97 is a pump suitable for general water supply from rivers, streams, dirty water distribution, agricultural applications, building sites, dirty water disposal. |

| The open impeller design allows water with a solid content to pass easily, whether sandy, muddy or particle laden. |
